Let’s be honest, even supermodels do not wake up looking like their high-profile selves. As Dolly herself has told us, it takes a lot of money to look this cheap. In honor of that thought Channelling Dolly brings to you “It Takes a Lot of Money to Look This Cheap” a weekly feature with reviews of the latest and greatest beauty products.  I look forward to introducing you to all of my favorites as well as discovering new must haves with you all!

We shall kick this off with my can’t live without, well I could but I would look bad with a capital B A D, product-Mario Badescu’s Enzyme Cleansing Gel .

While my skincare routine collectively is not cheap, this amazing product can be purchased for around $14-24. Years ago I was sufferring from adult acne. Some of you may know of this era, that awful time period in which the universe plays a joke on you by giving you pimples and wrinkles at the same time.  During this time a friend of mine told me about Mario Badescu. I went online and did a skin analysis. They sent me a sample of their Enzyme Cleansing Gel and I have not been without it since.

This product is so gentle to your skin.  It is very light and contains a mixture of papaya and grapefruit extracts. It literally has transformed my skin and cleared up all of my pimples. Haha universe! The joke is on you!
