T-Shirts and Sandals and Espadrille’s…Oh My!

I realize snowstorms are still plaguing many. For some of us in the south, though, the beaches are already calling our names.  If you are still in the region wearing mittens and snow boots the fact that today is the first day of spring may seem like a joke made in poor taste.

T-Shirts and Sandals and Espadrille's...Oh My! Target

When the warmer weather does arrive there is nothing better than a fun tee to throw on to head outside. Pair the tee with colorful sandals or espadrilles and you are ready for spring. Recently I have been finding so many great spring finds at one of my favorite happy places-Target! T-shirts and sandals and espadrilles…oh my!!

While planning a trip to Arizona with some great friends I have been loving the cactus trend and admittedly overloading on it a bit.  However, I did mix it up on my recent trip and also found a Wildflower Tee that would make any hippie happy and a Smokey the Bear tee. T-Shirts and Sandals and Espadrille's...Oh My! Kassandra Gladiator Sandals by Mossimo

The moment I saw the Kassandra gladiators I knew they were going to be my go-to thru the summer. They remind me of a color wheel and therefore will go with pretty much everything! I love them so much that I plan on going back to Target and getting another pair for when these get worn out.

When in Target and you can’t decide which shoe to get just get several. Come on. I know I am not the only one! Seriously at the price point, you can get several pairs for what you would pay for one at other stores. The Kayla gladiators are so fun and the best part is they have pom poms. Yes, when it comes to pom poms nothing else needs to be said! I am sold!

These espadrilles also magically made their way into my basket as well. The color is a much more vivid red than it appears in the picture. I am so hard on espadrilles that I don’t like spending a lot on them, but for this price, they are so worth it!

In closing, I am not responsible if you go into Target for one item and come out with a new wardrobe. I am merely here to be the bearer of amazing deals and bargains! 🙂 Happy first day of Spring!

    1. I bet you are ready for spring in Boston! It would be so nice to have four seasons. Here in Houston it’s usually just summer.

  3. Target is a dangerous place for me to visit, because I never leave with only the “detergent” or “mailing envelopes” that I came in for! Gotta hit up the dollar section and Nate Berkus and the shoes! Loving yours – I think you def need another pair as a spare!

    1. Karen I understand completely! As soon as I walk in the door they have me for at least $10 in dollar things! Then I always have to buy their cute printed socks! Lol!

  4. I am not a huge fan of sandals on myself probably because I don’t like to show my feet but maybe a closed toed sandal I would be comfortable with as long as they were a comfortable sole.

  5. Love all your Tees and colourful sandals, they are right up my street! I’ve been on a look our for a red pair for a few weeks, boom! And the tops are gorgeous, I’d love to get one like that for our summer holiday. xx

  11. I was just telling my mom I needed to make a shoe shopping trip to Target. I really love the bright colored sandals with the pom-poms and fringe, but don’t want to pay designer prices since who knows how long they will be in style. Plus, Target always has such amazing shoes that are so on trend.

    1. I agree Blythe!! I love getting super trendy things st Target because the price is right and I won’t have invested too much when the style goes out!

    1. Krystle here in Houston I almost feel guilty about how great the weather is. So many of my friends and family are still dealing with the cold!
